I ordered a week in advance as I knew the location was rural and wanted it to arrive on time. I selected the delivery date and the gift was not sent on time at this point 3 days after the date I selected, I’m still waiting for it to be delivered. Aparently the website states rural deliveries can take longer. The problem I have is it advertises overnight and Saturday delivery more obviously than it does the possible additional time for rural. I’m also not happy that I contacted customer support before ordering to confirm delivery times and this was not disclosed. I asked why additional consideration and a possible earlier dispatch was not made seeing as I ordered over a week early and was told they don’t check for rural location when sending.

I am disappointed only because the sour strawberries were missing when ordering the item it didn't say anything about how they were out of stock of the sour strawberries so when I received my order only to find no sour strawberries in it I emailed you guys to ask why it is missing you then explained you out of stock for it. So I suggested you make a warning when buying it if out of stock of one of the things missing especially if it's a mixed box of all sorts of different candy or flavors. In some ways enjoying my box but in other ways not because not all that I ordered was in there.
