Taken from some of the finest Crus on the Montagne de Reims including Ambonnay and Bouzy, it is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir that is left on skins for 48 to 72 hours before pressing to give the wine it’s beautiful salmon-pink hue and deeply aromatic nose. Then aged for a minimum of 5 years for maximum creamy yeast autolysis.
